The Best iPad POS Option

I've been in the computing business since 1982 and I have seen and used dozens of POS systems. Also, have used and implemented some of the other iPad solutions available and Revel soars above the rest. Don't get me wrong, it's not perfect. The difference is that support is available 24/7 and they followup on any issues. Also, they listen to suggestions to improve the product. Very detailed program that does a lot of work for me

I have enjoyed using Revel. It tracks so many things andnos very detailed. Once I got the hang of how it works it has become much easier to use. Customer service is great. I don't have to call to get help. I can email my question or concern and I have an answer within 12 .... even less. I only wish there was a intro video of some sort that did a quick overview again after you set the program up to go through some basics on the back console and the iPad. Very responsive, some glitches.

Very happy with Revel product and the customer service. Had a few issues with bugs and system crashes, but always resolved by the Revel staff promptly. You can always get someone on the phone.

I have been incredibly impressed with Revel Systems. I work at a Retail store and Revel has been so accommodating to making it work for us and our needs. We have so many different products and though I was very intimidated by Revel at first, the Revel team has worked closely with me to help me learn how the system works and make it work for us. POS works good but still bugs that pop up from time to time whenever anything is changed to interact with QuickBooks.
