Revel Systems has been a very user friendly POS system to setup and use for our retail store. Good inventory control system with all the control features in one package - purchase orders, matrix inventory, employee timesheets, customer sales reports, and product and vendor sales reports.

Revel has changed our inventory and …
Revel has changed our inventory and really is a great system. Still have the little hiccups now and then. When it's a quick fix it's a great quick fix... some growing pains still and when it's a bad fix... it has taken days at some point. The staff in technical support are outstanding.

I'm giving REVEL one star NOT because …
I'm giving REVEL one star NOT because of REVEL's POS but because I want to warn anyone buying this system to NOT Finance their system with "Time Payment" of Burlington who they do their financing with. The agreements they use allow them to make up terms after your first couple payments. I started getting new amounts billed to my credit card. I contacted "Time Payment" to ask what they were and the agent kept saying "Taxes" read your contract as if I were ignorant to the fact. I simply ...
