Revel Has changed my business …
Revel Has changed my business completely! i can now see all my profit and everything i need to help my business thrive.The Ipad register is easy to use and train my employees. The best part in the tech support they are available 24/7 and have helped my with every question i have. I they didnt know the answer they would cal me back right away to help me fix the issue. Proceed with caution!
Revel boasts about upgrading their system every couple of months with new features and better performance. But, when their system doesn't perform the way it should they are slow to provide fixes. We recently had a problem with Revel's inventory management system not providing accurate information. It was showing many of our products out of stock or with inaccurate quantities. Poor customer relations
To begin, I signed a contract knowingly, and this is not a reflection of that contract. It is more about how they have handled contacting me both in selling me and in my recent inquire into 1. Billing and 2. My hopes of pausing the contract. When I contacted them, the rep was easy to understand and seemed helpful enough to get my message to the right department(s). Best POS I have seen
I have tried several systems and have adviced and consulted many SMB about them. I find Revel to be a very robust platform with no compromises. It is really an Enterprise level system, that can be accessible to almost anyone. The strongest part is a virtually "maintenance free" 24/7 up and running platform. The savings on ITS staff alone, more than pay for it. Forget about servers, sync, maintenace, install... Those are words of the past. Focus on managing your business, not your system

Top Notch!
I have now been using the REVEL System now for 6 months. I love it! It gives me everything I need as far as a POS Systems go. I like the most is the customer service! My rep Ryan McMichaels is the BOMB! He knows everything there is about this system. Any quick fixes, it's handled immediately. Product, service top notch!

This POS was not working for me
This POS was not working for me. It was a nightmare from the beginning as my membership was misplaced and therefore couldn't get me in for on-boarding. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Then Revel team screwed up my POS somehow, I spent over 120 man hours inputting everything into the system and had to redo it again. It was awful.

Have been looking forward to start …
Have been looking forward to start using the new system but alas since saying "YES" to Revel we have not heard anything. I have messaged, emailed and rang the sales person I dealt with but to no avail, the sales person knew I was looking to commence immediately but obviously no care after the sale as such!! Disappointing start Revel!!!
