So glad we chose the Revel point of …
So glad we chose the Revel point of sale system when starting up our new business. Dealing with them has been a great experience! They've "held my hand" every step of the way and quickly and effectively addressed our questions. I couldn't be more pleased with the system or the service we have received.

Using the system information for cloud …
Using the system information for cloud bases is okay but at the moment , it's not made for really fast food service . Slow paced business it's could be great but for a fast paced fast food it truly isn't the best fit .

Still happy after 1full year
Have had very few issues with our Revel system. Any time we've had a problem, the tech team has solved the issue promptly . I have never had a bad interaction with any of the support techs. After more than one year with Revel, I'm still very happy with our experience.

Very comprehensive system
Very comprehensive system. While it's a bit more configuration than some of the other offerings in the iPad space the depth of capability is considerably better. Revel will continue to grow with us, which is good piece if mind for my business. Support has also been great and responsive.
