The software is good and has lots of awesome features. Support is always available, but the software does need some catching up to do. Mobile platform not very good. Has glitches that create havoc when they do happen. It seems that you have to do Calling to tech every three months or so for a major issue. That said its pretty useful to see info live.

Pretty good to start, we'll see with service resolution.
For the most part the system works well. We have recently had issues with a kitchen printer not working. Help desk has not been able to resolve. Local Atlanta Rep has not responded to email or VM messages. Hoped to get things resolved far more quickly than this. Have been asked to replace an Ethernet cable as a possible fix. Don't need trial possible solutions, need resolution now as this is effecting my customer service now.

Great product with unbelievable reporting power. Revel truly beats all of its competitors, hands down. Exceptional customer service and support.

We still have several issues with …
We still have several issues with online ordering as well as items on the kiosk. These items are a work I progress still. Your I.T department still can't figure them out. Overall if I could do it again I would not choose revel. There are way to many limitations in regards to the kiosk ordering...Oh by the way we are a strictly kiosk ordering only restaurant.
