Easiest scheduling system I have ever …
Easiest scheduling system I have ever used. Way less issues than trying to build schedules in any other format. I love it!

I have had Revel Systems for over a …year. NEVER buy this system!
I have had Revel Systems for over a year. We discontinued service on the two UNUSED (mobile order taker was UNUSABLE until 10 months later!!!), NOW they tell me if I inactivate one I will have to pay $10/month!?!?!?!?! They oversold me in the first place!

Technical support is hard to understand …
Technical support is hard to understand most of the time...my POS station was down for more than 24hrs. As a business owner this was very hard not being able to take sales.

Zero Support
Had our grand opening. No support on-site. We have been trying to contact someone to help us out for 3 days, voice mail after voice mail (except for the phone that said "Sorry, voice mailbox is full. Goodbye."), email after email and have not received 1 email or phone call in return. Paid for support and informed them we would pay additional if that was needed to get assistance. Keep being referred to tech support. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with them and accomplished nothing. One thing ...

thoroughly underwhelming
It's been an ordinary experience. We've been with revel for 6 mths, had 3 sales reps (each of which have left) and now have no sales contact. Your support line is our only interaction with revel and they seems to be hit and miss as to their helpfulness. In our time with revel we have also had our systems go down twice in the first 3 mths for no apparent reason. That said no one listens to our feedback which I'd imagine will be what happens here as well.

Revel systems is overpriced because of …
Revel systems is overpriced because of poor service. We actually pay extra for upgraded customer support, and even that overall is unacceptable. We end up having to spend a lot of extra money on outside IT support to keep the system working. Lots of maintenance and there are challenges when apple upgrades and revel does not. We use the their loyalty program which is still not calculating correctly for the customer. Lots of issues.

Overpriced for the quality of service
Customer service is horrendous. We have been overcharged from the start and no one seems to want to give us our money back. The system has glitches and crashes constantly.

Not happy at all
Not happy at all. Have complained. Zero response back. Lack of support. Have been told flat out on countless questions. They can not help or answer. All those questions were based on things we needed for our system to work. False sales pitch Literally have had three random customers waiting at our pos to be cashed out .... had them make comments on how they hated Revel themselves. They all worked in other restaurants and said the system is bull

The software is good and has lots of awesome features. Support is always available, but the software does need some catching up to do. Mobile platform not very good. Has glitches that create havoc when they do happen. It seems that you have to do Calling to tech every three months or so for a major issue. That said its pretty useful to see info live.
