Revel customer since 2015
Revel has been a very reliable POS for us. It has proven reliability in our permanent locations as well as our temporary locations.

High quality POS
Product is capable and straightforward to use. Support is excellent. New features are rolled out regularly. Some functions that I'd consider core require additional subscription fees. Overall, we're happy with Revel

System works great with very rare interruptions. Customer service is helpful when you have the occasional problem or question.

Fees are to high and the sistem is good…
Fees are to high and the sistem is good but no the equipment I have 5 restaurants with revel and the tables will explode this kind of tablets doesn’t work for busy restaurants I think are ok for nail shops or boutiques..

Support is terrible
The system is good, the support is not. You have to wait for ever some time days for they to answer and help you. They really need to work in this, when you are managing a restaurant and have problems, you need to have some one in the other line ready to help you. This is the difference between Aloha and Revel.

Good system to work with.
Good system to work with.. for biginers seems complicated but once start using and learn how things work in revel makes it more easier. Supporters are there available to help in any situation.
