Live Chat Software for my Ecommerce Website
I have used REVE Chat for my ecommerce portal where I sometimes need to show a live product to my website visitors. Along with live chat, I can do voice and video chat as well With REVE Chat. Though it is very easy to use, I would also like to tag my visitors based on chat conversations. I think they need to add this feature to make it more attractive for business owners like me who want to more control on the data. Overall excellent software for my shopify store.
