What do you like best about Restaurant365? The customer service is impeccable! We are a medium sized restaurant group (less than 15 locations and 450 employees) that was looking for a partner that was going to help us excel in our growth mode! Restaurant365 checked all of our boxes and we have no regrets about choosing them over the competition

"R365 for the WIN!!"
What do you like best about Restaurant365? Once you truly decide to adopt the software, and adjust your practices accordingly, the software will meet or exceed the expectations set forth. Their Customer Support is on top of their game. They are responsive to change requests, and are constantly looking to improve.

What do you like best about Restaurant365? the platform is largely intuitive and much more flexible than some of the alternatives. While some of the features are a bit basic, they are committed to improving them constantly (such as scheduling and AP capture). Customer service is responsive and effective at resolving issues. The custom financial reports feature is fantastic although does take some getting used to

What do you like best about Restaurant365? Love the ease of use, amazing support system and customization options for everything within the system. Also love the fact that R365 is constantly exploring and testing new solutions and options for their system.. Their goal to be the biggest and the best all in one solution makes them very appealing to us.

"Customer Service is top-notch."
What do you like best about Restaurant365? The Customer Service team is exceptional. The chat help is incredibly responsive and usually able to answer my questions. It's also easy to get a hold of my account rep. The functionality of the software is adequate and it does all the things that it needs to do, but having a human respond to my questions is what gives R365 its edge.
