What do you like best about respond.io? managing all our marketing channels from one platform is the best thing ! What do you dislike about respond.io? nothing until now,but META is a little bit hard to support so i faced a probleme with them What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you? probleme of have a team that should manage one channel together, so resolve this probleme by leting all the team using this platform to reach our channels

What do you like best about respond.io? - Prompt response - They won't stop till they give you a solution or some conclusion What do you dislike about respond.io? I wish if they support 1. html emails 2. Merging contacts through API What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you? 1. Using their API 2. Automation => wait for more than 7 days

What do you like best about respond.io? clear and nice team assignment system, excellent integration with telegram/WhatsApp What do you dislike about respond.io? expensive API to test, no demo API to tryout. slower loading sometime when login back What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you? it helps me to solve whatsapp handover and team assignment better

"Respond.io is the whatsapp customer service platform that you need."

What do you like best about respond.io? We use respond.io mainly for whatsapp customer service in our company. you can use also with other chat platforms but to be honest in america you usually need it for whatapp. Anyway what I like from this platform and is really hard to find is that they already have implemented the broadcast feature from whatsapp business, also you integrate your whatsapp twilio api (because it works with twilio) and vuala you will have a kind of intercom for whatsapp ...
