"Great update for the business"

What do you like best about respond.io? Assign to user interface and workflow , graphic , support, update What do you dislike about respond.io? Low users for the price , ram consuming App What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Helped us fixing two main problems : finding who's responsible for the first contact and close the interaction with the customer with a possible sell. We were able to increase our technical service as well.

What do you dislike about respond.io? nothing until now,but META is a little bit hard to support so i faced a probleme with them What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you? probleme of have a team that should manage one channel together, so resolve this probleme by leting all the team using this platform to reach our channels
