What do you like best about respond.io? The ease of use and right functionality to communicate seamlessly with customers. What do you dislike about respond.io? With the recent upgrades, it's becoming better and better. Although, we have to re-login a lot. What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Automated responses help decrease the response time. Collaboration between the entire team is now possible.

What do you like best about respond.io? - Easy to use - allows users to reach out to you in many ways - you can trigger a number of automations depending on your marketing and sales process What do you dislike about respond.io? Pricing model not that flexible for SMB. What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Implementation of different ways of inbound communications using all sort of social media and WhatsApp.

Low users for the price , ram consuming App What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Helped us fixing two main problems : finding who's responsible for the first contact and close the interaction with the customer with a possible sell. We were able to increase our technical service as well.
