I've been using the RespondIo solution for a while, but it had many issues and the customer support was terrible. Also, it's very expensive and overcomplicated. I switched to WaliChat, and what a difference! First of all, it's much more attractive and user-friendly. I could handle it within minutes. What do you like best about respond.io? We integrate respond.io after using another service (jivochat). repond.io is extremely easy to use. In our case, integration with Twilio was in 2 simple steps.
