What do you like best? 10k is easy to use for my company's time sheets. I get emails from them for reminders as well! What do you dislike? It is quite an annoyance having to re-click all operations every week. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use this to track our time worked, every day.

What do you dislike? Notification emails about a comment on a task don't link to that task, but show the entire project task list. What do you like best? I'm a relatively new user of this software and so far it's been great for managing projects, especially those with strict budgets. It's very easy to learn and use every day. It's very customizable, so we're able to make it our own instead of trying to make it work for our agency.
