What do you like best? Convenient to use when dealing with users. They click a link and you can connect to their machine and look at issues real-time instead of relying on descriptions placed in Trouble tickets or working through an issue on the phone with remote employees. Assist internal clients with laptop issues

What do you like best? We have a large building and I can help people more efficiently using GoToAssist. What do you dislike? I still have to coordinate with users (teachers) so I can jump on to their computer and I wish I could go in without disrupting their work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Minor tech issues or opportunities for instruction are often handled in person when many of them can be handled remotely.

What do you like best? It's very easy for users to accept sessions, has msi deployment options and is generally problem free. It's nice to have it off premise. What do you dislike? The web interface leaves a lot to be desired. You can't export lists of computers to csv (or even copy and paste them.) It doesn't dynamically pick up on host name changes. What do you like best? It can be used via laptop when you are away from your desktop as long as you have internet access. What do you dislike? I sometimes have password problems even if I have not changed my password, and have to uninstall and reinstall the software. What do you like best? This is a good value for what you get. We needed remote software for supporting remote employees. What do you dislike? The sign up process can be a lot simpler.
