What do you like best? Reputation is easy to use and feedback is provided quickly. What do you dislike? We have really enjoyed Reputation and don't have anything that we dislike. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has helped increase our ratings on Google and other search engines.

What do you like best? The team is willing to listen to the customers concerns and make changes where appropriate. they are also ever evolving What do you dislike? They are not partnered with Yelp and Healthgrades Recommendations to others considering the product Make the switch you will be glad you did. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to manage over 30 locations and over 250 individual listings

What do you like best? I love being able to instantly see what guests are saying about us so that we can continue to build our business and learn from them how to make it better What do you dislike? I love it! We currently have. No issues using reputation.com. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Reputation allows us to consolidate reviews from 145 businesses in one place. They offer extensive reporting tools to help us look for patterns in reviews that help drive operations. What do you dislike? Honestly no cons whatsoever. Reputation has met or exceeded all of my expectations. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The reporting is comprehensive and the macros that allow you to easily insert saved replies with conditional text formatting are a huge time saver. What do you dislike? The system is unstable and regularly has technical issues that disrupt our ability to read and respond to new reviews in a timely manner. What do you like best? It's great for someone who just wants to "fill in the blanks." They have plenty of templates and the account reps are very responsive What do you dislike? I like to do as much as possible on my own and with this program I feel like I have to contact our rep for any little change. I like that is tracks reviews for me.

What do you like best? I like that it finds the reviews across all platforms and puts the review into a link for me. What do you dislike? Not really anything I dislike, maybe the price could be a little more affordable. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
