Good platform, sometimes things break though
What do you like best? I like the responsiveness of our rep (no pun intended and the ability to drill down through our company hierarchy. The platform is also quite easy to use! The modules work well together - you can set up filters and they keep between modules. The reporting feature is also very powerful. What do you dislike? Effective review aggregator with minor kinks
What do you like best? The biggest pro of Reputation is the fact that their platform is a 1-stop shop for all things reviews. It's easy to respond and track reviews. The plans are also extremely affordable, compared to their competitors. What do you dislike? Their email templates need work, as does their social listening. Good when it works
What do you like best? The reporting is comprehensive and the macros that allow you to easily insert saved replies with conditional text formatting are a huge time saver. What do you dislike? The system is unstable and regularly has technical issues that disrupt our ability to read and respond to new reviews in a timely manner. Simple yet complicated
What do you like best? It's great for someone who just wants to "fill in the blanks." They have plenty of templates and the account reps are very responsive What do you dislike? I like to do as much as possible on my own and with this program I feel like I have to contact our rep for any little change. I like that is tracks reviews for me.
What do you like best? I like that it finds the reviews across all platforms and puts the review into a link for me. What do you dislike? Not really anything I dislike, maybe the price could be a little more affordable. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer satisfaction is the issue and giving us an easy reply system is the benefit.

You can respond to reviews, look into the overall score of your business and respond to customers who leave stellar reviews.
