What do you like best? I've always had a great experience using Reputation. Our account rep, Margi is a saint. What do you dislike? I do think the reputation platform is slightly outdated. They could use some infrastructure updating. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking reputation and using feedback gathered for operational insights.

Our Client Success Manager was easy to work with.

What do you like best? I liked the ease of sending files and requests over and working through any issues with our success manager. What do you dislike? I would prefer at times to work more hands-on with the web developers. But I understand they are busy with other projects. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're solving the management of 50+ locations. Templates make changes across multiple pages easier.

What do you like best? I love the user friendly layout of the Reputation site and the ease of use of all the functions plus there are how to guides. I love that almost all of the reviews from other sites are compiled together and you can even have a report/spreadsheet pulled that shows you what property and which site. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's very helpful to receive review notifications as they happen and be able to respond from within the platform. The reporting is top notch as well. What do you dislike? There are a few little quirks with some review sites. This may be an API issue. Recommendations to others considering the product Utilize as many aspects of the platform as possible. What do you like best? Quantifying public opinion on a brand that allows for easy goals to be set and achieved. What do you dislike? Scoring and effect of positive/negative reviews is difficult to determine and anticipate. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The tool has increased the visibility of our market reputation and allowed us to set achievable goals to better our reputation.
