Great tool to provide valuable insight!
What do you like best? Quantifying public opinion on a brand that allows for easy goals to be set and achieved. What do you dislike? Scoring and effect of positive/negative reviews is difficult to determine and anticipate. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The tool has increased the visibility of our market reputation and allowed us to set achievable goals to better our reputation.

What do you like best? Reputation.com is very easy to use and a great platform to oversee your online reputation. They also have great template responses that make responding to reviews fast and painless. The platform also has a great way to request reviews from potential and long term clients. Effective review aggregator with minor kinks
What do you like best? The biggest pro of Reputation is the fact that their platform is a 1-stop shop for all things reviews. It's easy to respond and track reviews. The plans are also extremely affordable, compared to their competitors. What do you dislike? Their email templates need work, as does their social listening. Good platform, sometimes things break though
What do you like best? I like the responsiveness of our rep (no pun intended and the ability to drill down through our company hierarchy. The platform is also quite easy to use! The modules work well together - you can set up filters and they keep between modules. The reporting feature is also very powerful. What do you dislike? Great Resource to Ask Customers for Reviews
What do you like best? If you want to kick start a review management process then go to Reputation.com to handle the requests and use their dashboard. You can respond to reviews, look into the overall score of your business and respond to customers who leave stellar reviews. What do you like best? Being able to track the reviews and provide metrics for my teams. I love the app and the SMS review request capability. What do you dislike?
