What do you like best? Dedicated account manager access for all the problems we had. What do you dislike? Impossible to navigate dashboard. Difficult at best to teach others to navigate. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Review Requests are effective. Though Reputation.com makes this process long and difficult.

What do you like best? Setting up RSS feeds for easy social media postings What do you dislike? The new social tab was harder to follow than the former. Awesome platform! Tons of services that get the job done.

Easy to use and excellent feedback
What do you like best? Reputation is easy to use and feedback is provided quickly. What do you dislike? We have really enjoyed Reputation and don't have anything that we dislike.
