Great way to manage reviews and social media
What do you like best? Setting up RSS feeds for easy social media postings What do you dislike? The new social tab was harder to follow than the former. Awesome platform! Tons of services that get the job done.
What do you like best? I love how the account manager is always available to help with things I may not understand. I also really like the variety of services provided by the platform which allows us to accomplish a lot with one program as opposed to using several different platforms in the past. What do you like best? The customer service was excellent–we always were being followed up with in a timely manner. What do you dislike? It was very confusing for our team and I thought the tutorials/trials could have been a little easier to follow. We ended up not using the service to its full extent due to this reason. All in one review center
What do you like best? I love the user friendly layout of the Reputation site and the ease of use of all the functions plus there are how to guides. I love that almost all of the reviews from other sites are compiled together and you can even have a report/spreadsheet pulled that shows you what property and which site. What do you dislike? Our Client Success Manager was easy to work with.
What do you like best? I liked the ease of sending files and requests over and working through any issues with our success manager. What do you dislike? I would prefer at times to work more hands-on with the web developers. But I understand they are busy with other projects. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're solving the management of 50+ locations. Templates make changes across multiple pages easier.

Concept is great but service and ease of use is something to be desired
What do you like best? Clients find value in review requests to their tenants. What do you dislike? As a 3rd party that sets up Reputation.com for my clients I often have difficulty with Reputation dashboard when trying to add new tenants. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am not aware of business problems or benefits.

What do you like best? I've always had a great experience using Reputation. Our account rep, Margi is a saint. What do you dislike? I do think the reputation platform is slightly outdated. They could use some infrastructure updating. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking reputation and using feedback gathered for operational insights.

Great platform to stay on top of reviews
What do you like best? It's very helpful to receive review notifications as they happen and be able to respond from within the platform. The reporting is top notch as well. What do you dislike? There are a few little quirks with some review sites. This may be an API issue. Recommendations to others considering the product Utilize as many aspects of the platform as possible.
