What do you like best? I love the way we are able to post to multiple social media site from one place. What do you dislike? I haven't had an issue at this time. What do you like best? Lets our staff, residents and prospects know how great of a job we are doing What do you dislike? Not much, even when we have a not great comment we can talk to the person and fix any issues What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for company with many locations!

What do you like best? I like the reporting dashboard the best. The ability to manage all reviews from one place and export custom reports is pretty great! What do you dislike? I don't dislike a whole lot about this platform. The customer service is great and tools are there for you if you make an effort to use them. What do you like best? I like how easy reputation is to use. I also like how our corporate office needs to approve them before items get posted (you never know if someone will post something not up to our standards We always stay up to date on good and bad reviews. Great tool to help your social presence

What do you like best? Ease of ease - I watched the video and began to post immediately. It’s works from your iPhone or desktop & they have the most amazing customer support. What do you dislike? Sometimes there’s glitches . The algorithm is off and the s ores aren’t accurate What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps us focus on areas that are really important to move our scores.

Great way to manage multiple platforms

What do you like best? The dashboard makes it super easy to manage all incoming reviews over a ton of different locations. Seriously it makes it easy and at a glance. We have a lot of users that benefit from the summaries that are sent out every week. The reports are easy to modify and schedule! What do you dislike?
