THis is a great tool to put it all together
What do you like best? It's easy to see all of the reviews in one place and react in real time across a large business footprint. Great Reporting
What do you like best? My favorite feature of Reputation.com is their reporting. It is so detailed and robust. So fare so good
What do you like best? Being able to review all our brand sin one place. This is a great feature but also sometimes lags with API What do you dislike? So far I am very disappointed in the `review widget that is offered to embed on our site. The out of the box is very limited and styling is less then good. Use on a daily basis, great product!
What do you like best? The real time management and alerts helps keep negative reviews in check and surveys information accurate. What do you dislike? My score seems to fluctuate, but I don't really know why. I like the reporting and word cloud, but it doesnt seem to tell me why a score would go down. Great company
What do you like best? Reputation is very good at adapting their services to emerging trends. They started as our reputation only management platform and quickly transformed into more. What do you dislike? There is not much! The only feedback would be more proactive in telling clients about all services available. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? only been with rep.com for a month or two, but so far, the experience has been great and I really look forward to learning more What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love that everything is in one platform and the tools are effective and user friendly What do you dislike? There was a facebook platform glitch that messed up our descriptions on facebook What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The Reputation.com interface is very intuitive and robust. Although we are only using a fraction of what the platform has to offer today, we plan to expand our use. Decent Platform, Looking Forward to Getting Better CS
What do you like best? The instructional videos and online resources are very good, informative and have helped to learn the platform. The Help Desk has a great guy - Andrew - who's very responsive and helpful. What do you dislike? So far, the lack of help from the customer success team has been awful.
