Absolutely love Reputation.com
What do you like best? It is so easy to manage our online reputation using the platform. The tools are intuitive and require no special skills or training. What do you dislike? The trouble I have are on our side. Getting our locations set up as users and to execute responding to reviews. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability for our franchise locations to solicit and manage and respond to reviews from a variety of sources

What do you like best? Loved the capabilities that Reputation.com offers and the seamless integration of consumer insights into one dashboard. What do you dislike? We have just recently started using the product, so no complaints yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Review managements, listing management. Still onboarding as a new customer.

Reputation.com is a great product, with the potential to be fantastic!
What do you like best? My favorite aspect of reputation.com is the large amount of different features available in the product. We've previously had to use several different platforms to accommodate various needs (review management, operations, surveys, social and it's extremely useful to be able to roll up these services into one platform. Experience with Reputation.com
What do you like best? The best thing about Reputation.com is the different enhancements, integrations and tools that the platform has to offer. It's nice to be able to have an efficient platform that can be used for many different ways. What do you dislike? I wish there were better analytic features. What do you like best? Simplicity of having all of our review sites flowing into a single location, What do you dislike? Nothing so far. THis is a great tool to put it all together
What do you like best? It's easy to see all of the reviews in one place and react in real time across a large business footprint. Having internal buy in is beneficial but once it is there, it is all in place! What do you dislike? The customer service increased our experience!
What do you like best? The Reputation.com platform gives us the ability to have the majority of our social systems in 1 central location.
