Great customer experience
What do you like best? Easy user interface for us and our employees. Great partner relationship with reputation.com. Great support from our CSM. We have great buy in from our employees. What do you like best? Being able to respond and monitor across all channels from one convenient location What do you dislike? Not yet fully developed for B2B clients.
