Super happy customer .... now
What do you like best? We are using the text survey link tool and realizing significant Google Star Rating increases. It is easy and there is a high completion rate. Also allows the ability to control by only texting happy customers. What do you dislike? The best partners to work with!
What do you like best? I love the partnership we have with Reputation.com; they're very willing to work with us to find the solutions we need. Our weekly calls with our account rep keep communication open and ensure we're always focused on the next task or phase. What do you dislike? Unfortunately they can no longer manage Yelp reviews, which makes up a large volume of our reviews. Also there has been no movement on signing with Healthgrades. What do you like best? Being able to review all our brand sin one place. This is a great feature but also sometimes lags with API What do you dislike? So far I am very disappointed in the `review widget that is offered to embed on our site. The out of the box is very limited and styling is less then good. What do you like best? THe dashboard is so easy to use. and the insights are very well organized. What do you dislike? currently there is nothing to complain about. Really Great Product
What do you like best? I love how all of our data is stored in one place so it is easy to see our stats, reviews, etc. so that our company can improve. I also love how helpful my CSM is - he is always quick to answer questions. What do you dislike? Currently there are no downsides since I have been using this product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are receiving more positive customer feedback from using Reputation.com

What do you like best? Ability to Grow and expand with their products. Our account managers is great, and we get lots of great ideas and feedback on where we are headed. What do you dislike? There are many great products that we'd like to use, but can't at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
