What do you like best? The analytics dashboards are easy to read, customer service is top notch and the ability to make updates is smooth as well. I also love the recommendation engine for spotting issues wrong or needing updating within our locations. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like being able to break down the results into a per store basis. Simple to use. What do you dislike? Some shops I am unable to respond to reviews for because the Google accounts have issues. Which is fine but I wish I could filter these out when I am responding.
