What do you like best? Alerts to online reviews is nice to have although it would be good to have industry sector customized for healthcare. What do you dislike? Not too many tools or services that actually do the "management" of the reviews for us. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The reviews module has been the best tool for improving our team's efficiency. The pre-set responses - which we've been able to adapt to fit out tone-of-voice - have made it easy to shape & structure a reply to reviews without starting from scratch every time. What do you like best? The dashboard is intuitive. It makes managing multiple review sites much easier. The reporting tool is robust and customizable.
