What do you like best? The user interface is great, the customer support is very responsive and very helpful, and best of all, we are reaching the inbox. What do you dislike? We had some issues with the Salesforce integration which should have been a bit more turnkey but the support team was so helpful and got us up and running in a couple of days. More than an email campaign - Reply builds Partnerships
There are a lot of services you can use to set up email campaigns. Reply goes beyond to help your business understand what makes a successful campaign. They do more than just blast emails - they help you create meaningful partnerships. As I was writing the title to this review I could almost see my reply rep saying "the title of your review is a bit too long"seriously these guys are great

Great email automation tool
What do you like best? I like that I can set up a number of different follow up emails in a campaign so that it takes away the leg work of having to follow up on leads (which usually gets forgotten about!) The feedback and advice on setting up a campaign is also useful as it forces a certain amount of brevity which again is sometimes forgotten when you do it yourself What do you dislike? Good Customer Service
We had an issue with our email, they were not going out correctly. It took about 5 days to completely resolve the issue with a lot of back and forth with the Reply team but finally, the issue was resolved. The support team is very cooperative in resolving the issues.

Reply is a strong sales enablement…
Reply is a strong sales enablement platform as a reasonable price for small startup teams. They offer a great user interface that's intuitive and I've barely noticed any lagging in the site's performance. They have great customer service and I see them working hard to improve their offering. Keep up the great work!

I felt both employees who helped were…
I felt both employees who helped were condescending and not willing nor able to understand the issue I was raising. I had to reach out to the sales team to set up a call.... It seems like this is a clear bug in the platform. The customer service team is rude and unhelpful.
