"It took a while to get used to; it is a powerful program with lots of features."
What do you like best about Rent Manager? Multiple owners can be managed within one location, as it is called in Rent Manager, rather than having to create separate companies for every owner, like in Quickbooks.

What do you like best about Rent Manager? The support lines are very well at assisting their clients in solving adverse issues from accounting to scripting. The software is very user friendly and east to learn about through their RMU program to lead you through all the different features.

"very comprehensive & powerful software pkg with a qualified support team backing it up"
What do you like best about Rent Manager? Having used it now for about 1.5 years, it is well planned out, powerful and comprehensive. As well, the support team is great to work with. There is very manageable wait-times when I need their help. They can get the issue resolved pretty quickly. I have learned a lot from them.
