Repeated problem

Nothing but a huge headache in the mere few months that I've dealt with this company. Since I've had a card compromised I've tried to log on multiple time to find out why. It stated my account was not active! I finally reached someone via phone who passed blame to my management company. I called them and everything look sufficient on their end. "Good Rental Software, Not The Best For Accounting"

What do you like best about Rent Manager? Fantastic rental software that allows you to keep all tenant information, correspondence, move-in/out photos, payments, and everything else you may need together in one easy to use place

What do you like best about Rent Manager? Tenants can pay online rather than bring in a check or money order if they wish to. This has allowed many tenants the ability to pay online, which is more convenient for them.

Excellent management tool for properties

PROS: I like that Rent Manager enabled us to consolidate our workflow across departments including property management and accounting. I also like that their customer support team is always onhand and patient in responding and helping us resolve our questions, concerns and requests for new features.

My Rent Manager review

PROS: Rent Manager is easy to customize, navigate through, and can handle more than 35,000 properties. CONS: It would be even better to have a much better browser in place instead of the Remote Desktop feature.

A great tool to manage more than a thousand units

PROS: I like that Rent Manager is user-friendly and adaptable to what our company needs. I also like its features and that it's constantly updated to offer new ones that we can put to good use. CONS: Depending on the remote desktop can sometimes cause lags, so it would be great if this can be avoided.
