AMAZING!
I had an issue with one of the renders and the process payment. Their staff responded super quickly via Facebook and via e-mail. All the team was super helpful, polite and nice! They solved my problems very quickly and even gave me the video that I had an issue rendered in higher quality. I'm really surprised and pleased with the costumer service!This is an amazing platform! Renderforest, Quick easy and professional
What do you like best? The ease of use and a reasonable array of templates. There is a strong level of customisation leaving business managers (i.e control freaks a rewarding experience What do you dislike? Choice of Font sizes. In trialling other similar web apps I noticed that this was a feature on a couple of competitors but not here and I think the team at Renderforest can improve this. Excellent Platform, Phenomenal Customer Service
We jumped from platform to platform and ended up here because it's the easiest to use and most feature-rich out of all the options we've tried.We do use a separate video editing software to add voice overs, however, because it's just a bit easier that way. Everything else, though, is top-notch—including the customer service.There was this one time when we lost one video export credit even though the process failed halfway through. We contacted support, and within hours, the issue was fixed. ...

Easy to use, great resource!
I stumbled across the website and ended up signing up for an annual subscription; I love all of the video options and possibilities. I was planning a large student conference and was able to quickly make a number of kinetic typography videos for the event that really impressed people. Thanks!
