Great products and customer service-highly recommended
Renderforest offers a wide range of services. All of them are easy to use and rich in functionality. They are very cost effective and include advanced features like domain name attachment and SSL certificates. The video creation option is excellent and I have used this extensively.The customer support is also excellent. Very fast to respond and very knowledgable agents. I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of my experience with Renderforest over the past 3 months.

Renderforest is a great video maker for the Youtube channels, and easy to use. Great experience with customer service. They edit my video that I purchased from the website within only a few hours and they edit it for free. Highly recommended!

I accidentally bounced two of the same…
I accidentally bounced two of the same video and wasted one of my credits. So I contacted them and their support team was quick to respond and help me out! I got my credit back and they get a happy repeat customer! 😁

Not Happy Anymore
I've enjoyed their service over the years, however customer service and policies are not the best. I am looking for another service now because I have others who are employing me to create material for them. Before I get started, I am going to look at other viable solutions.
