What do you like best about Remote? The online portal allows me to access all the information I need very quickly and intuitively. It was also easy for me to request additional documents through the portal. Plus, every time there was the need for some action on my part I was promptly contacted and instructed very thoroughly on what I needed to do. The help of the support team was invaluable.
