What do you like best about Remote? We are expanding our presence to Portugal to tap into the local job market. Remote allows us to do this relatively risk-free (no need to set up a foreign legal entity, payroll administration, etc.) and makes sure we automatically follow local regulations like number of holidays, 13th month, health insurance, pension coverage.
