"Amazing experience, from onboarding through customer support"
What do you like best about Remote? Onboarding is relaly easy and closely followed by a Remote agent, which is always very responsive and available to help. Payroll department answers queries very fast and expertly, given the country specificities and actually that can be said about the whole customer support team. Local perks are also very good, from health insurance to tax benefits.

"Not suitable for fast-paced startups, plus bait-and-switch pricing"
What do you like best about Remote? Nice idea in theory although in reality it's not a viable long term solution. The UI is OK and first parts of onboarding an employee, such as the contracts library are nice.
