"Customer Service and response time"
What do you like best about Remote? The customer service is really great, especiall the life cycle team is doing a great work, since they are very helpful and really friendly and take the time to answer all the open questions. I had a lot of questions regarding different locations, also very specific ones. The team gathered all the information and was very helpful and also provided a lot of helpful information for our employees as well.

What do you like best about Remote? The customer support and response of Remote staff to questions about the program, services, and things that don't seem to work has been rapid and effective. There are some benefits that aren't offered yet in Spain that I'd appreciate, such as for transport. I understand this is being investigated.
