"Easy to Use Platform, Smooth On-boarding and Customer Support"
What do you like best about Remote? The platform is very easy to use and intuitive. The process for requesting time off and submitting expenses is very straightforward. The whole onboarding process was very quick. Whenever I had a question all I have to do is email support which was very quick in replying.

What do you like best about Remote? I was able to be paid. Initial onboarding was more digitally-enabled than other providers. I did appreciate that I didn't have to send hard copies and could complete all forms electronically.

What do you like best about Remote? The process of hiring on remote was straightforward. Even with the complications of Brazil's legislation, it was really simple. The help centre answers questions in a short time and with a helpful response.

What do you like best about Remote? The app is really easy to use. I also love that Remote elaborates a contract between parts and this is great. I also felt the onboarding was really complete, which made me comfortable that everything is right.

"Good partner for International workers- SPECIFICALLY India, Singapore, etc."
What do you like best about Remote? The ease and customer service. IT is huge to have the ability to add to our team in India and have someone who knows the laws. The new Singapore employment laws have been challenging and our Remote.com rep- Melroy- has been outstanding. Having someone to always email questions to has been a huge load off HR.
