Pooja was very helpful
Pooja was very helpful. Asked to check the transfer beneficiary information for accuracy. Everything was correct. Then Pooja checked the delivery provider and discovered a technical issue with that provider, so it was changed to another delivery provider and is now on its way to the recipient within 24-48 hours.
