Wonderful service
Wonderful service. We moved our business from Televox to ReminderCall. I should have made the switch years ago! RC was responsive and reliable during the implementation and the technology is FAR superior to our previous vendor. I strongly recommended RC to anyone wanting to automate their patient/client communications.

Remindercall does exactly what you ask them to perform. They have serviced our practice for a long time. No problems. Always ready to help if you need to make a change. Very efficient with their work.

Set up had a couple of minor hiccups but the staff held our hand and answered all of our questions to get us up to speed. Since then, it has been performing flawlessly and our patients love it. Highly recommend.
