"ReminderCall has been a great asset in improving our arrival rate!"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? Automation for the reminder process is excellent! What do you dislike about ReminderCall? Initial setup can be challenging at times, but once it is implemented it is very easy to maintain. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? Improvement in arrival rate / reduction of cancellations/no-shows. Also, we have proof that the reminder was received when someone says they didn't know they had an appointment.

"Amazing Helpful STAFF & Saves ME TIME!"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? I no longer have to call patient's for the next day. When we do have issues, staff is quick to assist and resolve the problem! What do you like best about ReminderCall? Since we began using Reminder Call as our text messaging service we have seen an increase in clients keeping appointments. We have used Reminder Call in conjunction with our Ekyros database and it has worked so well to remind our clients of upcoming appointments and to get the clients' responses confirming their attendance at their appointment. "Easy and reliable"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? I don't have to do anything extra. They Take care of everything. It was very easy to setup and its secure.
