What do you like best about ReminderCall? Sends text reminders instantly and is easy to use. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? It defaults to the last Reminder Template I used instead of a letting us set a default template. Is there a way to set a default? There have been times I wasn't paying attention and sent a cancellation text to all of our appointments. What do you like best about ReminderCall? We were able to integrate the RC into our schedule which automated all our reminder texts. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? Sometimes the system incurs a tunneling issue and the system doesn't send the reminders. What do you like best about ReminderCall? Consistent and individualized phone reminder messages at a reasonable price. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? I have not experienced problems. I needed two different messages and reminder calls accommodated my request. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? Increase in patient appointments resulting in increased revenue.
