"Relatient with EMA"
What do you like best about Relatient? I love the survey system and the communication between Relatient and EMA. What do you dislike about Relatient? I feel like the website for subscribers is a little bulky. I can never get my login to the portal to work. What problems is Relatient solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to see patients that confirm and cancel appointments based on their phone calls and refill those cancelled appointment times.

"Relatient is good for contacting patients"
What do you like best about Relatient? Relatient is very quick with responses from support. What do you dislike about Relatient? You have to contact their support to make most changes. Also their MD Pay software seems to be down a lot. What problems is Relatient solving and how is that benefiting you? We use relatient for appointment reminders and for billing.

What do you like best about Relatient? Relatient's systems are easy to use, their support is great and the results are fantastic What do you dislike about Relatient? There is nothing that we dislike about the system What problems is Relatient solving and how is that benefiting you? No show rates are lower and the number of online reviews have increased with most of them being positive reviews.

What do you like best about Relatient? Patients receive an email, voicemail and text messages on our schedule. The reminder call reports are emailed daily and surveys emails weekly.
