I could have simply been asked to write…
I could have simply been asked to write a reference in the normal non-formulated fashion. Furthermore, I very much resented being asked repeatedly for a reference (once would have sufficed), rather than being bombarded with texts and emails over the Christmas period, most days, beginning on 23rd December and even twice on Christmas Day.
