Repeating processes and needless second requests for personal information
Poor, No dropdown to acknowledge that you might still be employed by one of your referees!! Data protection states that organisations should not be needlessly asking for your personal information. As I have competed at formal application form I see no reason to repeat the process of references . I certainly see no reason to verify my identity again when the company has already seen and copied the original documents.
