Seems like an employment referencing…
Seems like an employment referencing agency. Easy to follow questions. Did not like too many questions about referee i.e. photo/ ID etc... a phone contact and google searches should suffice. Although optional I do not think should form part of a reference. Candidate's qualifications/ expertise etc.. should be priority.
