Complicated at first, but worked out well
A huge improvement for this company and their service would be to make sure that the business you are after a reference from sends you to RefNow and gives some clearer instructions. I was told that to get a reference for my new job I had to "go through HR". After stumbling upon RefNow, I was still massively unsure if I was in the right place.
