What do you like best? Easy to create tasks, simple to add projects, good for internal communications regarding projects. What do you dislike? I'm not disliking anything on Redbooth, works well for us. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organizing tasks, easy for everyone to follow which tasks to complete on what day.

What do you like best? Nice interface, personal tasks highlighted, good tool for remote project management What do you dislike? It's better if project tasks are shown on dashboard. Teams who work remotely are more involved, better reporting and integration with slack is helping a lot

The best program for everyday work

What do you like best? Infinitely flexible. Incredibly easy to use. It's really easy to see who is assigned to what task, assuming everyone has uploaded profile photos. Integrations with Google Drive, Slack, and Dropbox. Really useful for translation/edition projects

What do you like best? It's easy to have several projects and tasks. Also, this tool is really useful to manage production schedule and exchange versions and update of a document among team members in different regions. I also love the fact that I can copy tasks in my to-do lists. What do you dislike? We don't have a lot of option to customize the account once it's created. What do you like best? I especially like the timeline view. It is helping me become more realistic about the amount of time I need to complete certain tasks. The ability to create subtasks and task lists is very helpful. When I get stuck on one aspect of the project, I can easily see other tasks that I can tackle to keep the project moving forward. Productivity has increased tremendously. Both my clients and I are happy using it.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We're able to track anything. That means nothing will fall in between the cracks. Super simple to utilize. We get to tailor it to fit our needs. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It suffers from one weaknes: detailed capacity management.
