Red Pen is a survey and user feedback software that allows to integrate with blogs and websites. Red Pen will run as an overlay on the webpage while the survey is being administered. In order to conduct effective surveys, Red Pen need to know important information, such as the geographic location of the customers, what they thought about their last purchase, or how much users like or dislike different aspects of the site. Red Pen tracks this data and provides it in an easy to read format that can be used to make important decisions about the business.
