Receipt bank is very easy to use. The relief on clients faces when I explain that the document photos wont be stored on their phone unless they need them to.

Beware of auto-renewal!!!
Beware of special offers and auto-renew! Last year Receipt Bank offered their second tier package at a discounted price if you purchased it for a year. This just auto-renewed at the higher price with no notification of the renewal. Normally when something like this happens you have a 30 day cooling off period, not with Receipt Bank, it's in their T&C's that they don't have to remind you and that they don't have to refund you/help you go onto a lower plan. Receipt Bank makes the whole process of keeping on top of your bookkeeping a doddle!No more manually entering invoices. It remembers where you coded an invoice last time. It picks up all the details needed to process and sends it through to your chosen accounts package.I mean, whats not to like about that!
