Receiptbank - much easier and accurate

Receiptbank has made it so much easier and more efficient to capture transactions for our clients. Then it makes it even easier when Receiptbank is linked to another platform like XERO or Quickbooks, etc. Receiptbank captures the info for clients much more accurate.

Big time saver

Using Receipt Bank has changed my business. It saves me so much time I've been able to recruit a number of new clients thus increasing my turnover. Works best for those clients that use the same suppliers regularly as it can fetch the invoices directly from the client's supplier account and autopublish them to Quickbooks.

Helps your accounting firm to scale

I have been using Receipt Bank since…2013

I have been using Receipt Bank since 2013 as a small bookkeeping practice. I immediately saw the benefits of signing up to Receipt Bank in how this would open up my ability to service many more clients...and it certainly has as we have grown around 200% since then. I actually love how Receipt Bank systemises our process of accounts payable, capturing the documents and extracting all the data. Receipt Bank has changed my life!

What do you like best? Upsides?? Too many to list but here's a start. Auto-publish, supplier rules, GST extraction, archive, search....the list goes on :) What do you dislike? No downside but I do wish it would check ABN's and bring into my software What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? if you need to find an invoice, receipt or proof of purchase it's literally a couple of clicks of you mouse.

Receipt Bank has revolutionised the bookkeeping process for Accountants. With the assistance of RB, we are now almost 100% digitalised at my practise. There is no longer a need for manual paperwork, invoices etc. and has also resulted in major time saving as the data extraction process is automated!

Absolutely terrible product

Absolutely terrible product. Would not recommend, we have been using this software for 1 year with constant issues in incorrect numbers being swapped out on our invoices, and lack of communication. We then went to cancel our subscription as we have found a far superior provider that is free to use and a-lot easier to manage, and receipt bank have charged us for another full year and will not refund the 11 months we wont use. Absolute disgrace doing that to small business during Covid-19. ...

Timesaver for Bookkeepers and Clients

We love working with Receipt Bank and helping our clients submit their invoices in a quicker and more fun way. We all carry our phones around with us all the time, so why not make the use of them and make bookkeeping a regular thing.

Terrible customer support

Terrible customer support. There's no one available to help and no technical support phone you can ring. If you try ringing the number on their website (there's only one), the auto message is always to lodge a ticket or something via the website. Then they take forever to response. You might get a receptionist who won't be able to help you at all. Then they transfer you to an answering machine and still no one gets back to you.
