Clients love love the idea of moving to a digital storage mechanism, however the overall concept can be quite, so a product like Receipt Bank enables them to move very quickly into an 80%+ paperless environment, as well a the integration with products like makes it very easy to upsell the product offering and other services. What do you like best? Love the way it reads the receipts, checks for duplicate submissions, and also processes expenses reports. Integration into both QBO and Xero is great. What do you dislike? A few niggles: looks very old-fashioned, expenses reports can only be emailed to one person (we have 2-step approvals). Very good for efficiency and saving time and money

What do you like best? Having client sending their invoice instead of mailing them. What do you dislike? Sometimes it take times to process and we can't manage archive in folder. Reduce monotonous tasks, save time and increase effiiciency.

What do you like best? I love the bank auto match function, the ability for it to recognize that an uploaded receipt is already in the Xero bank rec and being able to auto-match to it is great. Seamless. From clients submitting their receipts through to integration and publishing - it's easy!

What do you like best? We love the simple ways our clients can enter data. For those that are used to scanning and saving, we get them to email through documents. For other clients, they are stocked when they can take a photo of their invoices and send them straight through to receipt bank after taking the photo - and then throw the original document out.
