What do you like best? How easy it is to upload receipts, and that the app allows clients to do it a lot quicker than posting receipts in the post! It saves so much time! Also love the new Bank statement section! What do you dislike? There's not much to dislike, but a couple of clients have said that the App could work a bit better and clearer, sometimes they prefer to logon when it comes to submitting the receipt, but the app is great for taking pictures! Great experience. Great people

What do you like best? Receipt Bank is so user friendly and our clients absolutely love it and so do we. We now don't need to work through piles of paperwork. Its all done for us by simply taking pictures. The most important part is that the customer experience and support is great by their amazing team. What do you dislike? There's not much I dislike. I love Receipt Bank, doing the coding myself instead of the client means less mistakes.

What do you like best? It's really quick and easy to do coding because the receipt/invoice is right there What do you dislike? No split GST type for the basic package for those clients with mixed GST types. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Clients can get on doing what they do best and I spend less time fixing errors.

Simplification

What do you like best? I like that we can set supplier rules to remove some basic steps and save time. What do you dislike? I dislike that you require your mouse and pointer to choose fields. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it sooner than later! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have sped up our data entry and engaged our clients to upload in real time reducing missed paperwork.

Fantastic Product!

What do you like best? Saving time to focus on running my practice and acquiring more clients, while still not needing to take on staff! What do you dislike? Nothing really! An improved push to QuickBooks would be nice, but not essential. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get a guided demo, wach the videos, the most value is delivered through your accountant. A great piece of software - and continuously improving

What do you like best? The automation! Receipt Bank allows you to automate the process of adding receipts, invoices and more to our accounting software. The ability to set up rules based on the treatment of previous bills is a real time saver. One of the more recent updates, the ability to upload a PDF bank statement and export is as a CSV file, has been one of the best updates to Receipt Bank in recent times. What do you dislike?
